Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
Provides access to braille, large print and audio materials, plus the equipment to play them, for eligible persons with visual, physical or reading disabilities throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania Transportation Alliance
Administered by the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania, this statewide organization works to ensure that accessible, affordable transportation is available to all Pennsylvania citizens with disabilities.

A state agency that helps people with disabilities prepare for, obtain and keep competitive employment.
Radio Information Service
A Pittsburgh-based radio station operated by and for people who cannot read print. Provides access to daily local and national newspapers, popular magazines, grocery and department store advertising, best-seller books, and publications of special interest to people who have a disability.
Special Olympics - Allegheny County
Provides training and athletic competition in over 155 sports for individuals with mental retardation at training sites throughout the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

This club, Visually Impaired Pittsburgh Area Computer Enthusiasts, encourages computer and Internet use by the blind and visually impaired.
