Ingredients:
- One pound kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- One can (12 ounces) Iron City Beer
- One jar Heinz chili sauce
- One small can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation:
Kielbasa: Pour beer into a large skillet. Bring to a simmer and add kielbasa pieces. Cook sausage for three minutes per side. Drain. Serve warm with dipping sauce (recipe follows).Dipping Sauce: Mix the chili sauce, crushed pineapple and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm with kielbasa slices. Serves 10.
