The second smallest ballpark in Major League baseball, PNC Park has 38,127 seats on two levels. Offering intimate views of the field, seats behind home plate are only be 50 feet from the batter's box, while seats down the baselines are only 45 feet from 1st and 3rd base. There are 540 Field Club seats behind home plate and between the dugouts with access to a private lounge. Luxury suites are wedged between the lower and upper decks. This great seat design means that fans can walk around the entire main concourse of PNC Park without losing sight of the field.
Where to Sit
In the outfield, sit in the section of bleachers in left field for close views of the field, or sit in right field and try to catch a homerun ball if it is not hit into the river. Ticket Tip! Outback Steakhouse, located in left field at PNC Park (behind the glass), offers game day seating which includes ticket prices and a $25 food and beverage credit. Every seat in the restaurant includes a view of the ballgame, although the individual tables offer a better view than the booths, since they are up against the glass. $52 per person (table seating), $43 per person (booth seating) A relaxing way to watch a game at PNC Park!
Season Tickets
The Pittsburgh Pirates cater to season ticket holders and offer a variety of season ticket packages, including full season, partial plans and share-a-plan. Season Ticket plans can include all Pirates home games or as few as 16. All Pirates season ticket holders get special benefits as part of their plan. For 2006, some Pirates Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to purchase 2006 MLB All-Star Game tickets.
