The Rink at PPG Place

PPG Plaza in downtown Pittsburgh is home to an outdoor ice skating rink. The Rink at PPG Place, managed by Magic Ice Inc. of Florida, has an ice surface of 104' x 104' - more than 2,000 sq. ft. larger than the rink at Rockefeller Center. During the holiday season, the rink incorporates the plaza's traditional 60-foot tree. A fountain replaces the ice in the spring.

Monday - Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 11:00 a.m. to Midnight
Sunday Noon to 8:00 p.m.

Holiday Skating Times:
Christmas Eve Noon to 9:00 p.m.
Christmas Day 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
New Year's Eve Noon to Midnight
New Year's Day 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Lunchtime Monthly Pass $25 (available January - March)

The PPG Ice Rink and Tree are located on PPG Plaza, between Fourth Avenue and Third Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh. The rink office is located in Four PPG Place.
