Biography:

Born to a large extended Mormon family in Salt Lake City, UT, Rafe Judkins is a self-described "gay Mormon." He moved to Pittsburgh with his family at the age of five - including mother, Lani, an artist and father, Ren, an inventor. Rafe also has a brother, Landon. Rafe is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Sewickley Academy in Pittsburgh where he was selected the member of the senior class "most likely to be on Survivor."After graduation, Rafe moved to Providence, RI, where he attended Brown University and double majored in Anthropology and Biology, with a minor in Creative Writing. While there he participated as a member of the sketch comedy group Out of Bounds and the Brown Outdoor Leadership Training (BOLT) group. He graduated in May, 2005. Rafe Judkins has been to all 50 states and 14 countries, and lists hiking, backpacking and swimming among his favorite activities.
