The Flight 93 National Memorial is the only one of the three September 11th memorials designated as a national park, yet it is still the one most often overlooked. After a decade of planning and fundraising, the first phase of the memorial to the 40 heroes of Flight 93 will finally take its place in history at an official dedication ceremony at the Flight 93 National Memorial near Shanksville, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
