The annual Wings Over Pittsburgh air show in Pittsburgh features static displays, tactical demonstrations, numerous flybys of military aircraft, performances by a precision aerobatic military team, plus ground activities showcasing the military's day-to-day operations.Wings Over Pittsburgh Performers - 2008:
Military performers include the Canada's Snowbirds Precision Aerobatic Military Demonstration Team, the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, the U.S. Navy's Leap Frogs Parachute Jump Team, the U.S. Air Force F-16 and F-22 Demo teams, the U.S. Air Force P47 Heritage Flight and the U.S. Navy F/A-18 Demo team. Civilian performers include Sean Tucker, John Klatt, the Geico Sky Typers, Kevin Russo, Matt Chapman and Julie Clark
Wings Over Pittsburgh Displays - 2008:
Static displays at the Wings Over Pittsburgh air show feature a large number of airplanes, including the A-10, T-1, T-6, F-15E, T-34, T-38, T-45, C-17, E-2C, F/A-18, P3, Piedmont and the Beech Stagger Wing, among others.
