Drive-In Movie Theaters Near Pittsburgh

While most drive-in theaters are a thing of the past, several Pittsburgh area drive-ins still allow you to relax in the privacy of your own car while enjoying the movie. Most offer first-run movies or double features.

Dependable Drive-In
Located in Moon Township, this popular Pittsburgh drive-in features first-run movies and double features. Open seven nights a week, rain or shine. Concessions include popcorn, candy, drinks, burgers and pizza.
Evergreen Drive-In
First opened with one screen in 1947, the Evergreen drive-in in Mt. Pleasant, PA, now shows double feature movies spring through fall on three screens. The concession stand is popular for its large hotdogs, ribs, meatball hoagies and the usual assortment of movie theater snacks.
Riverside Drive-In
Replacing the Galaxy Drive-in which closed in 2004, the Riverside Drive-In Theater is located in Vandergrift, Westmoreland County. It features new equipment and plenty of classic drive-in food and concessions.
