Here's The Scoop
Rentals average $50-$150 and are for one night only from Oct. 20-31. Costumes are also available for purchase. Children and adult (inc. plus size) costumes average $20-$65. The costumes available for purchase are not of the fine quality you will find in the rental costumes, as the prices indicate.

Costume World, located on Smallman Street in Pittsburgh's Strip District carries just about every costume that you could possibly want or imagine. Their motto is "Halloween hangs out all year," and once you browse through their inventory of adult and children's costumes, professional makeup, masks, wigs, novelties and accessories, you will see  that they come through on that promise.

Costume World, the nation's second largest costume house, really knows their stuff when it comes to designing costumes. They are the production house of choice for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and also count Blockbuster Entertainment, Anheuser-Busch and Busch Gardens among their satisfied customers.

If you can't make it to a retail store in person, then you can shop or rent costumes online! They ship anywhere in the U.S.

This company has just about every costume that you can think of and, even if they don't, they can probably find it for you. Keep in mind that the best costumes always go first, so get there early!
