The Bottom Line:
Known as Pennsylvania's "skiers mountain," Blue Knob is best known for its challenging and varied terrain. Great skiing when there is snow (snowmaking is sometimes limited due to lack of water), with plenty of bowls and trees - rare in a mid-Atlantic ski resort. Slow lifts and no nightlife mean this may not be the best choice for a vacation with kids or non-skiiers, but it also keeps the lift lines short!
