Act One Theatre School Summer Camp
The Act One Theatre School in Glenshaw, PA offers a summer program July 2-27 with classes in acting, voice, dance, improvisation, dialects, make-up and other performance arts. Some scholarships available based upon need.

Allegheny Camp
A girls’ residential summer camp offering specialty programs in Horseback Riding, Dance, Art and Swimming. While enrolled in these programs, campers also experience traditional camp activities such as canoeing, hiking, campfires, camp outs, games, and sports. Sessions are 2, 3, 4, and 6 weeks long. Located on the beautiful campus of the Grier School in central PA.

Carnegie Museum of Art Summer Camps
Choose from half- or full-day camps or mix and match half-day camps to create a full-day schedule. Camps run Monday through Friday for one week, except the two-week ceramics and fresco camps. Other camps feature visual arts, dance, drama, architecture, creative writing and science. For children ages 4-17.

Center for Young Musicians Summer Camp
Summer music camps for children ages 2 (with adult) to 17. Instrumental programs start at age 4. Located in Wexford, PA.

Chatham College Music & Arts Summer Day Camp
This seven-week summer day program for students who have completed kindergarten through eighth grade offers orchestra, instrumental ensembles, private lessons, chorus, solfeggio, musical theater, music theory and eurhythmics, drama, tap, ballet, jazz, art, language, sports activities and swimming. Extended care available.

Dance Alloy, Summer Dance and Arts
A variety of dance and creative movement classes are offered each summer at the Carnegie Museums in Oakland for children ages 3-12.

Frick Art & Historical Center Summer Camps
Summer camp at the Frick is held Monday - Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 3 p.m. for children who will be entering grades 3-6 in September. Summer programs for 2002 include All About Art! and History is Happenin'.

Kids College - Penn State McKeesport
From "Let's Act, Let's Sing" for grades 4-8 to "Win That Role for grades 9-12, Penn State’s McKeesport Campus is sure to make your child’s summer a special one with its theater-focused summer programs.

Michael's Kids Club Summer Camp
Michael's, the arts and crafts store, offers a week-long summer camp in July in each of its Pittsburgh area locations. Click on the list of events for the store nearest you.

Missoula Children's Theatre Workshop
Day camp for students in grades K - 12 sponsored by the Art and Education Committee of Bradford Creative and Performing Arts Center (BCPAC). Camp includes workshops, auditions, practices, and a stage production on the final day of camp. First 60 registered are guaranteed a part on stage or backstage. Held June 24-29, 2002.
