Rescheduled Trick or Treat Times Due to Hurricane Sandy

The City of Pittsburgh, along with other municipalities across southwestern Pennsylvania, have chosen to reschedule Trick or Treat, originally scheduled in most communities for Wednesday, October 31, citing concern for children and safety personnel due to the anticipated impacts of Hurricane Sandy. The majority, but not all, have rescheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2012. Some municipalities, however, have elected to stick with the originally scheduled Trick or Treat time for their community.
