Oktoberfest Celebrations Around the Pittsburgh Region

The historically Germanic Pittsburgh region plays host to dozens of popular Oktoberfest festivals during the months of September and October, with plenty of great beer, food, and music. And yes, even though the celebrations are traditionally called Oktoberfest, most are held in September, to coincide with the traditional Munich Oktoberfest celebration.
