Celebrate Pittsburgh's 250th this Saturday

This Saturday, October 4th will kick off Pittsburgh's two-month long birthday party with a bang. The day includes the Port of Pittsburgh commission Three Rivers 250th Flotilla Cruise in the morning at North Shore Riverfront Park, a community trail ride and the closing ceremonies for the PNC Legacy Trail Ride from Washington D.C., a French and Indian War encampment in Boyce Park and a revved up historic house tour in Lawrenceville. Plus, to top it all off, the Imagine Pittsburgh Fireworks celebration, the largest fireworks show in Pittsburgh history featuring simultaneous launches from a record 14 different launch positions!
