The weather for this weekend, and the coming week, is absolutely...well, springlike. Which means that neighborhoods are coming to life once again with everyone out walking, playing, mowing and gardening - as if we all just emerged from winter hibernation. For those of you plan to get out in your yard or garden this weekend, early April is a good time to get a start on pruning, weeding and fertilizing. It's also time for planting trees, shrubs and perennials, as well as cold-hardy pansies.
