77th MLB All-Star Game in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh is very proud today as the 2006 All-Star Game kicks off at PNC Park, considered by many to be the best ballpark in major league baseball. Tonight's All-Star Game, scheduled for 8:00 p.m., marks the fifth time that the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Pirates have played host to the Midsummer Classic. Forbes Field was the site of the 1944 and 1959 All-Star Games and Three Rivers Stadium hosted the 1974 and 1994 All-Star Games.
