Lynn Swann's Game Plan for Governor

Former Pittsburgh Steelers star Lynn Swann declared his candidacy for Pennsylvania governor today before a crowd at the Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh. The Hall of Fame receiver will likely face at least three other candidates in his bid for the Republican nomination for governor.
