Saving Money on Gas

With gas prices on the rise across the Pittsburgh region, everyone wants to cut costs at the pump. Having a family of five, I spend enough on groceries to make me a big fan of Giant Eagle's fuelperks gas discount program, but there are plenty of other options available. From searching out the stations with the cheapest gas to increasing your car's fuel economy, learn how you can save money on gas.

The price of energy, in particular fossil fuel, is historically high and seems set to increase. Fuel bills – whether for the home or for the car – take up an ever-increasing proportion of people’s budgets.
